ABOUT DIVO3D

1 Company - Unlimited Possibilities

THE PROBLEM

Getting something custom made is harder than it should be.

Maybe it's a part for a production machine, a classic car, or a high-end appliance that isn't made anymore. Maybe it's a product idea that needs a working prototype, a fixture for your shop, or a batch of parts too small for a factory to bother with. Or it's something that has to fit one exact shape and doesn't exist yet.

Too often, the options are a big minimum order, a long wait, a price that doesn't make sense, or an upload website where you never talk to a person.

I've been on the customer side of this myself. It's why I started DIVO3D: to make that easier, whether you're starting from an idea, a sketch, a broken part, or a finished file, and whether you need one piece or a full production run.

HOW IT STARTED

In 2023, I needed a few custom parts for a wheelchair that either didn't exist or cost way more than they should. Instead of paying ridiculous prices or giving up, I bought one 3D printer and taught myself CAD modeling from scratch.

Those first prints solved my own problems. Then friends asked for help with theirs. A broken bracket here, a custom mount there, a prototype for someone's business idea. Word spread.

Soon people I'd never met were finding me online and coming back with new projects. Helping friends turned into paid work, and paid work turned into DIVO3D LLC.

Along the way, I kept learning and adding tools. 3D scanning, to recreate parts that only exist as a physical object. Resin printing, for small and highly detailed parts. Printers that handle engineering materials like carbon fiber nylon, for parts that need to hold up to heat and wear.

That one printer became two. Then three. Now five. And more coming.

I started this business because I believe custom manufacturing shouldn't only be for companies with massive budgets. A small shop owner needing 50 parts shouldn't have to order 10,000 units from overseas. A hobbyist with a great idea shouldn't need $20,000 in tooling to test it. Someone needing a $15 replacement part shouldn't be forced to buy a $200 assembly.

3D printing changes that equation. And I want to be the one who makes it real for people — whether you're a manufacturer needing rapid prototypes, a government agency replacing obsolete equipment, or just someone trying to fix something that shouldn't be this hard to fix.

WHY DIVO3D EXISTS

Right now, we're a home-based operation in Marysville, Washington. But the vision is bigger.

I want DIVO3D to become the go-to local partner for businesses, schools, and government agencies across Washington who need reliable 3D printing and design services. Not a faceless upload portal — a real partner who picks up the phone, understands your problem, and helps you solve it. Then do the same on national level.

We're building toward a dedicated facility, a small team, and the capacity to take on larger projects. But no matter how much we grow, the core stays the same: solve real problems, charge fair prices, and treat people the way I'd want to be treated.

At the heart of our business is a commitment to breaking down barriers and showing how 3D technology can change manufacturing, making custom solutions accessible to everyone. Whether you have a specific need or an idea in mind, we’re ready to help turn it into reality, with the care and understanding that comes from our own experiences in engineering.

OUR MISSION

Make innovation and manufacturing accessible to everyone, not just companies with massive budgets. No molds, no tooling costs, and no need to order thousands to get the one part you need. Help bring quality manufacturing back to the USA, with every part made in Marysville, Washington.

We want to be the one place businesses and individuals go to get things made, from design, engineering and scanning to prototypes and production. Fast, easy and low-risk, with the freedom to choose what you make, in the material and quantity you need. Bring an idea, a sketch, a broken part or a finished file, and get a human made quote that won't change unless the job does. And when a design works, we'll help you scale it up.

We believe accessible should never mean cutting corners. We're committed to high-end service and premium quality on every order, from a single part to a full production run. We want to keep expanding what's possible with exotic and engineering materials with 3D printing technology, and to be the partner trusted with any projects where precision and reliability matter most.

Our goal is to give the industries that keep the world moving, from aerospace and defense to manufacturing and public works, a faster, more flexible way to get the parts they need, often in days instead of weeks. But behind every industry is a person with a problem to solve. Sometimes it's an engineer waiting on a prototype, or a maintenance crew keeping a ferry, a bus or a production line in service. Sometimes it's a medical equipment provider chasing a discontinued part, a teacher building a hands-on lesson, or someone who needs a mount that fits their wheelchair. And sometimes it's a classic car restorer hunting for a part that hasn't been made in decades. We want to be the people they're glad they called.
