ABOUT DIVO3D

1 Company - Unlimited Possibilities

THE PROBLEM

Ever tried to fix something simple — a broken appliance knob, a discontinued car part, a clip that snapped — only to find out the replacement costs more than the whole unit? Or that it doesn't exist anymore?

That frustration is what started DIVO3D.

HOW IT STARTED

In 2023, I needed a few custom parts for a wheelchair that either didn't exist or cost way more than they should. Instead of paying ridiculous prices or giving up, I bought one 3D printer and taught myself CAD modeling from scratch.

Those first prints solved my own problems. Then friends asked for help with theirs. A broken bracket here, a custom mount there, a prototype for someone's business idea. Word spread.

That one printer became two. Then three. Now four. And more coming.

I started this business because I believe custom manufacturing shouldn't only be for companies with massive budgets. A small shop owner needing 50 parts shouldn't have to order 10,000 units from overseas. A hobbyist with a great idea shouldn't need $20,000 in tooling to test it. Someone needing a $15 replacement part shouldn't be forced to buy a $200 assembly.

3D printing changes that equation. And I want to be the one who makes it real for people — whether you're a manufacturer needing rapid prototypes, a government agency replacing obsolete equipment, or just someone trying to fix something that shouldn't be this hard to fix.

WHY DIVO3D EXISTS

Right now, we're a home-based operation in Marysville, Washington. But the vision is bigger.

I want DIVO3D to become the go-to local partner for businesses, schools, and government agencies across Washington who need reliable 3D printing and design services. Not a faceless upload portal — a real partner who picks up the phone, understands your problem, and helps you solve it. Then do the same on national level.

We're building toward a dedicated facility, a small team, and the capacity to take on larger projects. But no matter how much we grow, the core stays the same: solve real problems, charge fair prices, and treat people the way I'd want to be treated.

At the heart of our business is a commitment to breaking down barriers and showing how 3D technology can change manufacturing, making custom solutions accessible to everyone. Whether you have a specific need or an idea in mind, we’re ready to help turn it into reality, with the care and understanding that comes from our own experiences in engineering.
